From Our Academy to the First Team: Alfie Brassington Signs

There are proud days at a football club, and today is one of them.

We're delighted to announce that Alfie Brassington has signed first-team forms for Burscough, stepping up from our academy after turning 16. Alfie came through our education programme, combining his studies with his football, and has now earned his place in the senior setup.

This is exactly the pathway the club believes in — young, local talent given the chance to learn, train and develop all the way through to the first team. To see a player make that journey from the classroom to first-team forms is what it's all about.

And make no mistake, this is a genuine prospect. Alfie has shown real potential at every step, and today is the reward for his hard work, his attitude and the coaching around him.
